Keeping my web site up-to-date
As you'll already be aware, all of our web sites come with access to the Drupal open source CMS system as standard which allows you to edit existing content and add new content at any time you wish. You can even change the menu structures around or even completely change the theme if you're adventurous enough.
Not everyone is technically savvy or maybe simply don't have the time or inclination to keep on top of managing their site. This is where we can help. There are two support options you can purchase if you want that extra piece of mind.
Pay as you go
If you'll likely need only the odd change to your site, perhaps some new images, or a paragraph changed then you can just pay as and when required. One off minor changes such as these will be charged at £50 (which will include a minimum of 2 hours labour).
In the unlikely event that the job will take longer than 2 hours, then a fee of £25 per hour will be charged for any additional hours. Don't worry, we wouldn't just bill you, we'd quote you how long the job would take before we proceeded to ensure you were happy first.
Pay montly
Alternatively you may wish to opt for our 12 month support option which provides superb value for money. For just £120 a year (again, that's just a tenner a month!), you can pre-purchase guaranteed support and piece of mind.
As a result you will be entitled to 2 hours of labour every month at no extra charge.
As with the pay as you go option, if the job is likely to take longer than 2 hours we will inform you before we undertake any work and agree that you are happy with the price. Similarly, any extra labour hours will be charged at £25 per hour.
